Is there any padding on the inside of the metal buttons with this tough clear case?

Got the Case-Mate tough clear in today and it's one stiff case. Maybe that why it's called "Tough" ?

Returned my Case Mate Tough clear case to Amazon. Way too stuff for my liking.

I think that's the one I have. Was yours clear. I have it but wearing the black uag monarch-really like that. Plan on getting a defender soon.

Two of my cases have arrived so far. The Ringke Wave metallic purple, and Caseology Legion I think it is. Also the Caseology glass screen protector....till I decide on a better option. Now if only the phone would get here. I don’t think the Ringke Wave are the right colors for the purple Note 9...I think it would look better with the blue one.
