Got the ATT HTC One today, actually 2 of them.
I wanted to like sense, but just couldn't. Too much work getting things in and out of app drawers. . Killed it and went back to my launcher I used on my Infuse - ADW. Just much more freedom and easier to use.
Blinkfeed - wanted to like that as well, but 80% of the stuff that filled my screen, I didn't really want to see. Also, can't always read the captions completely. Maybe ok if you can live with sense and do a good job of narrowing down to what you want to see. It was smooth and worked properly.
Build quality. Both of mine are have a slight hairline gap between plastic and speaker grills. I don't personally think it is an issue. The gap is very small and uniform. The phone feels solid and well made, but there is a sense of fragility there as well - feels like it would be very unforgiving if dropped. Whereas my samsung feels lighter and more forgiving.
Feel in hand - not as comfortable as I imagined. The back bevel is feels a bit awkward, like the back of the phone should really taper toward the back instead of the front. That back edge is always a bit awkward in every position. May get used to it, but would feel much better if tapered the opposite direction, in my opinion.
Screen - wonderful, clear, bright, and didn't notice any dead or stuck pixels, though I didn't specifically test for them. This screen is a 10/10 without question.
Camera - This camera is so fast and works so well in low light. Warning, the low light pics I took have considerable noise, but still makes pleasing pictures given the very low light. Zoe is a great thing and will save your **** if you are slow to click the shutter. I didn't play around with it enough to determine if I could do something about the noise, but honestly, the light I took the shots in shouldn't have even had use-able pictures but they were.
Sound is awesome
And this phone is fast and smooth!
