Solved Formatting A Flash Drive To FAT32 On Phone

Hello!

I believe there is but if I'm wrong I'm sure I'll be corrected!

Is there a (simple) means of formatting a flash drive to FAT32 without a PC but on your phone?

Phone is Samsung A36, Android 15.

Android’s built-in format tool can do FAT32, but only for drives up to 32 GB. Larger drives often get forced into exFAT or NTFS, so you may need a third-party app such as - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mixapplications.usbtools. You might also be able to do it with the Samsung My Files app.

As it happens the drive is 32gig and formatted. However none of my file mangers tell me what its formatted to.

Are you saying that as its a 32gig drive it will be to FAT32?
