Is it bad to put my phone one the wireless charger to top off or should I wait until the battery is very low before charging ?

Say I have %67 battery and place the phone on the wireless charger, then repeating that process throughout the day. I work from him and in between calls on a separate physical desk phone I use, when on a call I've been placing my Note on the charger. When finished with my call I've picked up my cell to use in between calls. I want to make sure I'm not doing anything harmful to the battery in the ling run.

I would not let any phone battery get below 30% and I don't see any benefit to constantly topping off the battery. If you work from home, you always have access to the charger, so let the phone go down a ways, then charge to 100 and leave for a few minutes before removing.

I have always charged my phones whenever I want and have never experienced any downsides.
If I'm working from home or just relaxing, my wireless charger is right next to me, so I put it on the charger.
I charge it on way to and from the office, charge it overnight, etc.

I never had issues with the wireless charging going back to the Lumia 920. I just charged whenever I wanted.
