My GF got a free Gear VR with her S7 Edge.. now I have a HTC m9 and well it actually fits well.. it just doesn't clamp. now I'm curious.. is there no .. like 3d printed between piece that locks the micro usb of the Gear VR and just slides slightly over the m9?
It doesn't have to be much, like ~0.5 cm should be enough it's all about the clamping that's going wrong. I wouldn't need it's features .. a bluetooth controller suffices (not sure what protocol the VR uses, but if it's sending data over the usb, that might work as well although optional, all I'm looking for is like some rubber/plastic/printed sheet, sure it can fit a F m-usb to M m-usb)
Anyone here that can help me out with a site with info? I scoured google for any information but all I find is the new HTC Vive vs Gear VR.. hard to find any proper information.
