FIX: GTablet menu > settings

Here is a quick app I put together that will leave behind no icon in the app drawer. It's only function is to allow you to launch the settings via Menu > Settings from the launcher. ViewSonic had to go and give it a non-standard name which breaks that shortcut from all launchers. This will instantly fix it.
