Fix wallpaper issue on Samsung Note 10.1 2014

I have SM-P600 and just updated to official 5.1.1 One of the problems that is irritating is the wallpaper no longer fills the screen in portrait mode. Prior to the update, when setting wallpaper there was a horizontal and vertical box that you could move around so that however you rotate the tablet the image will always fill the screen. Now there is only a hormonal box and turning the device portrait mode causes black bars above the top and bottom of the image. Any way to fix this problem ? Or any recommended apps to fix this problem? I don't care if they are $ Thanks!
