Flash back to original froyo

I Flashed to the uncommon sense rom, then started having battery issues. I noticed through watch dog that my android.media... or what ever was using a lot of the CPU and ready that it could be due to a corrupt file on the card. I then formatted my card and as it is formatting, I realized that my CWM back up was still on there. Now, I am on a custom ROM with no way to go back. Is there any way for me to go back stock?

BTW, Im still having battery issues. The battery is dropping 50 percent in about an hour with moderate use.

What apps are you running with uncommon sense, that is what I am using and have never had an issue like that, I also have the adrynalyne custom kernel for battery life. I get like 5 hrs of awake time, maybe try that or look at what is causing you media to consume so much. Did you do a full wipe before installing?

Also try reinstalling each app and check it one at a time.

I did do a full wipe before installing. I guess I need to look into that kernel that you're talking about. I don't know what it could be for the apps. If it is Angry Birds screwing things up, I will just have to deal with it! LOL... I traded my droid X for this and am starting to regret it.

Where can I find the info on that kernel? I looked around and couldn't find anything for the Dinc with uncommon sense ROM.

Make sure you make a back up again just in case.

I am really wanting to just go back to stock though... Does someone have or know a way go me to go back to the stock ROM?

in ROM Manager, download roms, Virtouos,virtuous custom kernel.

next time before doin ANYTHING, make a nandroid backup of the phone 100% stock. then you can just flash it back to stock.

if youre rooted, i did this last time i needed to go back to stock. follow Quzme's directions on post #7 http://forum.androidcentral.com/htc.../35744-how-unroot-after-doing-unrevoked3.html

I think that he did, he deleted it off of the card.
