Flash Going off during Calls and Messaging

Just received new Flex 2. Having issues where the flash is going off during phone calls and texting. Has anyone else experienced this and what is the issue?

I've seen apps that can do this, but not sure which. Light Flow, Light Manager, or similar, perhaps?

If you don't have anything like that installed, check Check Settings -> Accessibility and see if there is anything there.

I went into the Settings, Accessibility and unchecked notifications and seemed to have worked
