Flash lighting up when I get text/call

I just got mine today and the flashlight lights up every time I get a text or call. I tried turning off the LED and nothing helps. Is there something wrong with my phone or did I do something to it?

Go to Settings> General> Accessibility and you'll see "Flash Alerts" about halfway down the list (right under Notification LED). Uncheck that, and you should be good to go.
