Flash never activates on 'Auto'

Does anyone else have this behavior? My flash seems to only be used by the stock camera when it is set to on instead of Auto.

Edit: oh whoops, its because HDR was set to on instead of Auto. Ignore me

I've noticed on auto there are a lot of times I expect it to flash but doesn't. I also have hdr on auto, so that may be part of it.

I have noticed this too. With the flash on auto in low light sometimes the flash does not go on when it really should have.

Same here. Add it to the list of problems with the Turbo camera.
