You can get the flash at the play store. Type in the search "Dolphin Browser Beta" and install the it.

I downloaded it from play store. You just need to allow files from unknown sources.

I'm not sure but I tried to use flash today on Dolphin and it says flash support has been turned off and will crash the app so it doesn't work. I'm stock on Jelly Bean. I'm very disappointed because I've become attached to Dolphin browser but it looks as though our love affair is over now. I heard it works on firefox but I'll just use the stock browser for the moment.

Yea.. adobe stopped supporting flash for dolphin.

Nope. You can't even test. In the settings, they already have a message that says "flash is no longer supported so we turned it off". No way to even turn it on

My GS3 sleeps in the bed and I make my girlfriend sleep on the couch

Dolphin Browser won't allow it to be turned on I don't know why but whenever you try to turn it on, it says that you can't since android has stopped supporting adobe flash, and says that Dolphin will crash. I tried using Dolphin Browser and its beta version.
