Since the stock ICS browser on the gnex does not have flash, is it possible to install flashplayer 11 from the android market and bring full flash support to your browser?

I am curious to see if this will work since recently I have been running an ICS ROM on my Rezound and this is what I did to get flash. I am asking here since the gnex is the only phone that has an official ICS. Wondering if I can expect anything different whenever my phone gets an official update.

I posted on the Rezound forums that it can run flash when you download it. Go spread the word.

As stated above once Adobe Flash is downloaded you can use in stock browser. The Chrome browser does not support Flash since Flash is going away/discontinued(?) on future apps. However while using chrome browser I clicked (or held down) where the video would be and my phone opened iMedia Share app but since I only have the free version it said I would not play. It said it was only available in the paid version. I am not sure if it would have played with the paid version.

Does anyone have an alternative similar to what I described to play Flash on Chrome with a different app opening up. I thought I read someone had a way but forgot what it was.

I no longer use the Chrome browser as I use GameTracker to follow college sports and its done in Flash.

No flash on chrome or firefox but you can download ics browser or browser + or even opera all use flash 11 that you need to download.
