flash too bright

Hello,

I'm having problems taking photos in a club/bar with the flash on. It's very bright and washes out nearly all of people's faces. Anyway to change this or should I be able to take pics without the flash?

There should be a setting in the camera app to take pics on night mode.
That will not use the flash.
