Flash Update Issue

Has anyone else had an update for Flash Player show up in the marketplace but not getting an option to actually update? Is this just Inspires or all android?

I got the update this afternoon to 10.3.186.3 without a problem. I did have to manually install it despite automatic selection.

Perhaps completely unrelated, but my market download/install bar hangs often despite the installation being complete--never happened before the new market update.
