I have followed all of the instructions that I have found on numerous sites and I can not get flash to work on my Tab 3 10.1. I am running 4.2.2. I have tried three different browsers, default, Chrome and Dolphin.
It worked on my Android Rocket stick and my Galaxy S3.
On a separate note, I can not get DirecTv's GenieGo app to work on my Tab 3. It also works fine on my Galaxy S3.
Any and all suggestions are appreciated.
