flashing a cricket prl?

my friend got this phone and he has cricket, i know it sounds odd but he wants me to flash this phone to cricket. now the phone is rooted, and i did put on Shabbymod Rom.

the drivers are on my computer and my computer recognises the device. my problem is that CDMA workshop doesnt recognise the phone. what should i do to get cdma workshop to recognise the phone? it sees the portCOM that the device is on, successfully connects to it, but it wont read it in DM mode. DM mode fails. i should be able to get the spc without any problem. but my problem is getting it into dm mode.

when i changed prl on my optimus v, i went through the same thing (being royally PISSED at CDMA workshop) lol. Reboot your phone into whatever recovery your using (ex- clockworkmod) and plug in your usb cable while your in recovery and it should work fine
