Flashing a New ROm..where's the shortcut

Okay, I'm running the latest Virtuous...nice rom, have had it since the DI came out, but I think it's time to move onto something new.

So, I think I'm going to try skyrider, but I have about 100 apps on here that I really don't want to try to track down and re-install. Is it possible to just restore apps, and not the system data, onto a new rom install?

Seconded. Get the paid version of Titanium, and you can restore all your apps, pictures, etc.

Just make sure you have your contacts backed up somewhere.

Also recomend appbrain to remember what apps you loaded from the market. It remembers paid and unpaid.
