flashing back to stock from Comm Rom Voodoo

im going back to stock to take my phone back to VZW to get a new one since my screen seems to be going bad (gets a green tint to it randomly when waking it up). sometimes it goes right back normal colors and other times its takes a few mins.

when i flash back to stock i undo the lag fix first and then odin the Di01 odin package?

also i do have update.zip files for EA28/ED01. i can install those thru CWM update.zip option correct?

I was able to take my phone back to ED01 stock by: Disable lagfix - Flash the DL09 Odin package and then the phone automatically updated to EA28..OTA... Total time 15 minutes..

That is as far as you may want to take it or you can let the phone OTA to ED01.. that was about another 45 minutes wait..

None of this will require CWM and will not require root.

update.zip files only work in stock recovery, if you have CWM installed they will fail

If u flash full odin di01 you dont have to disable lag fix. The odin package formats the syatem any way.

Doesnt hurt to disable it first, there has been many times that the file had to be flashed a couple times to regain internal memory.

thanks guys, i get to call and get my phone replaced. apparently the screen has a defect in it.
