Hello. I'm a Galaxy s8 user who tried installing a few custom ROMs on it. Didn't like them so I wanted to revert back to stock ROM. But Odin fails at flashing and my phone displays sw rev. check fail (bootloader) device: 4 binary: 3 . If I flash the stock recovery I get kernel rev check fail device 3 binary 2. My current ROM is Project Alice 5.2. Please help me.

This error means you are flashing older firmware than what is on the device as this states you have version 4 bootloader and what ever you are flashing is version 3
Find the correct firmware on sammobile or updato unless they have their own firmwares here

We don't - sammobile and updato are both good sources.
