a few days ago i flashed a GB rom and also flashed a "super battery mod".. yesterday i flashed back to myn's rom, does that super battery mod stay or did it get tossed when i did the full wipe?

link to rom i was using (great rom btw):
[ROM(S)]CM7-EX.v9 - xda-developers

thanksss

A kernel is replaced when flashing a new rom automatically. Its erases your system/rom/kernel that you have and replaces it with the new rom.

read the link in my signature, i think itd help you out a bit ;)

When you flash different roms, kernels get changed depending on the rom anyways :p

But i get ya, its different. Just remember, wipe dalvik and flash like a rom. Done.

Does anything else erase from a dalvik wipe? Thanks for the info man

Nope, its the dalvik cache, meaning.... its a special type of cache for behind the scenes stuff. :p
