Flashing Pink Screen

When I try to use my camera, the entire screen has a flashing pink static. I can't see anything but that pink static. If I take a picture, it comes out black. This has happened to me twice now, once before Froyo and after Froyo. The first time it just cleared itself out after a few hours but this second time I had to do a battery pull.

Has this happened to anyone else?

i tried the battery pulls and has not worked for me.

It worked for a day but went back to the flashing screen. I went to Verizon and I'm getting a new phone sent to me. Oh well.

I've only had this pink screen issue pop up once after the Android 2.2 update. It happened to fix its self after I restarted the camera app. I haven't had the problem since. I can only guess this is a software issue since I've never came across this problem with in Android 2.1.
