Flashing ROM

Hello all,

Fairly new to the android scene, so I have my Evo Rooted via the Toast method. How exactly do I flash a ROM onto it? It says to wipe data and dalvic cache? Not sure how to do that, thanks!

Those are options from the recovery screen.

If you look back to toasts instructions, after you apply the PC36IMG.zip .... the next set of instructions are to reboot into recovery
