Flashing S9+ firmware - - HELP!!

Dear friends,

Recently I have moved to a different country and the local SIM is not working on my S9+. It asks for PUK. Is it possible to reflash my firmware with the country firmware for S9+ I am staying in presently. If yes, what is the procedure for the same? Please help me guys. I am unable to make calls using my S9+.

The puk code has nothing to do with the firmware on your phone. The puk code is unique to your sim card and is required when a sim card PIN code has been entered incorrectly multiple times.
Try a different sim card.
