flashlight problem

Hello, I often use my flashlight, (on lollipop nexus 5) and it was on for about 2 minutes and it just turned off, tried to turn it on again, doesn't work, it cannot connect to camera now either, reset my phone, works again... Then same problem, anyone? Thanks.
