Two things:
1) Punctuation goes a long way in trying to understand what you are trying to say.
2) Why would you try to replace the screen without reading up on it and finding some detailed step-by-step instructions? This is a pretty expensive piece of tech to just go at blindly with a pry tool.

No i used those htc one m8 pry tools the ones on ebay, Not just any pry tool. I was following up on a youtube video and i guess i either missed the part where he took out the screws or something.

Will posting the inside of the phone Show you guys a better description of it so you can find out what the problem is since no one is replying with a answer.

You probably just need to take it to a repair center. By not removing that screw, you probably messed up more than just the screen.

No idea. No way to tell how much (if any) damage was done to other parts of the phone while trying to remove the screen with that screw in.

Are you good with the parts thats inside or are you just like someone who can help with problems. If you know the parts in the phone i can take a picture inside of the phone once my screwdriver come in for the phone

I don't have any experience repairing phones. Just someone with enough technical knowledge (engineer) to be dangerous and give possible troubleshooting solutions/suggestions.
