Flip z 3... Not able to change the ringtone sound...???

[Android Central Question]

When trying to change the Ringtone in Sounds/Ringtone / Notification... it will not save and can not change the original ringtone and notifications sound out of the Box
????

Are you selecting a preinstalled tone, or a custom tone that you created?

You referring to global settings when you go settings>sounds>ringtones ?

Is this unlocked or carrier version?
Are you in the US or international version?
