AC Question

I've got this floating Icon that follows me around whichever screen I'm on. When I open it it shows a few options i.e home screen, volume control and another couple of items. I want to remove it, but I can't find out how. Anyone have an idea?

Welcome to the forums. Can you post a couple of screenshots with this icon and the menu it opens? Do you have ES File Explorer or any cleaner app installed?

This is it.content://media/external/file/514. Im afraid it only comes up as this.content://media/external/file/516

I only got the phone (online) yesterday so ive not added anything to it like es or a cleaner. It appeared ss soon as the phone opened. When i tap on it it says volume up .volume down power and home. On the next part of it it says screen shot capture, accessability and pinch. Hope this is enough info. Its an icon of a person with their arms outstretched like the statue of Christ the Redeemer in rio de Janeiro

Pretty sure it's the accessibility shortcut
Go into settings---accessibility and look if the features shortcut is on ?

Yeah, it looks like the Touch Assistant. Try in settings - accessibility - motor & cognition - touch assistant - make sure it's disabled.
