There's also a paid app called floating widget, in which u can have any widget stay on your screen as an overlay widget

For ex, Google Music widget

Yes I know, as I said, resizing works. But it is stuck in the middle of my screen and won?t let me place it somewhere else...

Oh, sorry

Unless it's covering your entire screen, you should still be able to resize it if it's hi lighted and you drag it from the top
