He does buy all the phones he reviews the OEMs doesn't send him device's for review except Huawei I think. It's simple he doesn't sugar coat his views like most of these generic scripted reviews Which rarely watch anymore they are all the same refreshing having someone who just talks about a phone for a hour or so...

This is one of the realist tech reviewers out there. He buys all his product. No he is not perfect, however he tells you I'm not into all the specs break down go watch others for that. Another thing, if he misses something he tell you to check his description box for the miss information. Folks think you have to be Mossberg, Mr Mobile or mkbh to know tech. Don't judge a book by it's cover.

It has a Notification LED, Flossy just didn't realize it.

Yep, its also buried deep in setting, I had to do a google search to find out how to turn on the led function. "Blinking light" is what its called.

His was the only review that mentioned the lack of a notification LED. That's such a basic feature, can't live without it, I was honestly shocked to see that missing from google's flagship device. In addition to the well-documented issues with the XL's screen this phone is a no-go for me. There's no way I can accept a subpar display on a 1k device. No thanks.

It has an led light. Ghetto reviews just didn’t do research.
