FM Transmitter possibility?

I would love to somehow reverse the built in FM radio to make a extremely small FM radio station of sorts that I could tune it with a different radio like for instance in the car or a radio access the room

I am not saying I know how to do this. I am asking if anyone can do this and then tell me how to.
