It's in manual mode.. When you focus, you'll see it.

Definitely a nice feature. Just wish it was Red instead of Green but still usable.

Yes! This is straight out of the camera, only edited for some red eye reduction.

What did you use to sync to a flash?

Nothing, that was the V20's built in flash. It's part of the app in manual mode when you cycle through the flash options. Granted, you can't be very far away to be effective (I used the wide angle lens to get fairly close), but it's still an awesome feature to see in a phone.
