Just got the phone yesterday. First outing to really use the camera, and many of the photos and videos have a foggy appearance on the top half of the frame (gradually gets foggier as you go higher up the photo) .
So the fogginess is more at the top of the frame, and is not visible at the bottom. Never seen anything like this before.
Seems to happen only when zooming in. Sorry, don't know which lens I was on
Thought it might be an exposure problem, but why the difference top to bottom of the frame? Camera lenses clean.
Camera set to 4:3 13MP with Tracking Focus ON. HDR AUTO, Video FHD 16:9, Steady Recording ON, Storage: 32GB Samsung micro SD card.
Obviously, I'm disappointed. Is it 'pilot error' or is it the phone?
Any thoughts on what might be the problem would be appreciated?
