I would try asking Fold 2 owners, although the 3 is better protected. Is there any way to safely use this phone at the beach? Don't unfold it and just use the cover screen? Samsung folio case that covers the hinge with the s-pen? Thanks.

Of course my other phone (my great N10+) is being traded in with my ZF2 to snag the ZF3 512gb!

I listen to music on my deviceI never bring electronics when I'm at the beach. Everything are left in the hotel room. Enjoy your time off and leave everything behind.

I have a watch with LTE and bringing my phone to the beach is not an issue.Get a watch with LTE and there you go. Problems solved. LOL

I've never had a problem with sand but i understand the concernYep, that would be the day I take an old iPhone SE (gen 1) with me only. No way I'd take anything expensive that I'd care about. The sand will scratch the screen very quickly and get in places that you would never expect just by holding it (due to the wind).

I've taken every smart phone I've ever had to the beach countless thousands of times and never had a problem, but I guess YMMVYep, that would be the day I take an old iPhone SE (gen 1) with me only. Dust is much smaller than sand so I don't think it will be much of an ingress issue. Just don't drop it in the sand, but if you do hose it off.Sand is probably the number one thing that will scratch your screen! But anyway, being this phone is not rated for dust protection, I think I will keep it away from the beach. I would probably bring my Note, but more realistically probably leave it all away and just avoid anything. I would probably gum up the buttons with sun tan lotion/oil at least.
