I had searched it from your post. I had tried it last week, and found the corners lifting and gave up. I use the pen a lot, and really wanted this case to work out, so last night I did what I should had done last week. I removed all the adhesive including the black strips Samsung used so it was bare plastic. I placed the double sided tape in those spots and tried it again, so far everything is perfectly flush. Placing it over the existing adhesive made it slightly too tight. Thanks for the suggestion! Now if they would only release this case in black.
The Samsung Spen case does pop off easy the front cover that's why I went with different brand with slim Spen Holder and built in screen protector and love it

It comes with its own Spen but didn't like it , so yes the Fold Spen fits it and what's in it now from the picture

My two-sided adhesive works well with the SAMMY case and stays on very well. It only moved around because I don't have any screen protector on it yet.

This is what i have for my Fold 5 and it works fine with my Fold 6.
