Folder Problem Since Jelly Bean

Ever since Jelly Bean installed I'm having trouble opening folders I made on my home screens. I have to triple or quadruple tap sometimes to get into them and even then a random program will open. Then I will back out back to the home screen and when I tap the folder again it opens properly showing all apps within that folder. Not a major issue but annoying non the less.
