According to a youtube demonstration, a new folder should be created on home screen to put inside apps that also are on it. But my apps are on an inside page and what I could do is copy them not transfer them. Am I to remove them and redownload them?

I'm not sure I understand what you're asking. Can you post a link to the YouTube video?

If what you're trying to do is to create a folder, and then move apps from your home screen to the folder, try this:

To create the folder, on your home screen, long press on a blank area, then choose folder from the menu that pops up. Enter the name you want to give it. That should create a new icon on your home screen.

To move icons to the folder, long press on an icon, drag it to where the folder icon is, and let go. That app should now be in the folder. Repeat for another icon. Now, when you tap the folder, it should open up and display both of the icons you dragged there.
