Folders for app widgets?

I noticed on the main-screen, there was a widget that said Google. When you click it, it would bring up 12 already installed app's (Maps, Gmail, Google+, etc).

Is there a way to create folders like this to store games in, etc?

Like if I have 10 games, I can put them in a folder with a Game widget, click it, and all 10 games pop up at once?

Put shortcuts to them on a home screen then drag one onto the other and it makes a folder. Drag the rest into that folder.

It's not really a widget just a fancy looking folder.
