Folders For Bookmarks and Favories?

Is there a way to save your Favorites/Bookmarks in to different Folders instead of all of your bookmarks being in one place? Mine are getting pretty messy and I like to keep mine organized in different folders.

Excellent question, hopefully there is a way because it is a mess the way it is.
