FoneSync for Android (sync w/ your Mac)

Has anyone tried FoneSync to sync your Samsung phone or tablet with your mac? It isn't free like Kies for mac or the basic version of SyncMate. I haven't tried any of these 3 options to sync my tab10.1 with my mac yet and wanted to see what others may be using before committing to any them. I'm hoping Kies works well since it's free, but I figured I get other users' opinions.

I'm just looking to basically sync photos and maybe movies/videos from my mac to the tab down the road.

Thanks in advance for thoughts and any other suggestions.
