For those of you who get frequent, random reboots

This is driving me crazy. I can't figure out the cause either. When my phone takes the notion to lock up and restart, it sometimes takes plugging into a charger to help the phone stop.

I use Nova Launcher. Does anyone have the rebooting issue with Touchwiz?

How frequently are you getting them? Does it happen in Safe Mode? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-25053

I haven't tried running my phone in safe mode.

My phone can be golden for days, but then it doesn't like some kind of process occurring and it will reboot and quite often get stuck on the splash screen. I have to force it (holding power and volume down) to reboot sometimes several cycle before it boots normal.

Troubleshooting things like this can be a tedious process. It might mean running it in Safe Mode for a day or more to see if the reboots happen.

Having the same problem here. It randomly happens once a week or longer. Screen goes black and everything is unresponsive. Even trying to manually reboot does nothing. It comes back on when it wants to. Also running nova

have any of tried doing factory reset. also alot of people on nova here are experiencing problems
