I have literally about half a dozen ATT stores within 15 minutes from me so I'll simply walk into one of them when it's time to trade in my V20.

Just got off the phone with them. Apparently the label and info for the trade should be listed in the "My Orders" section of your account page. It was not listed on my account, so Verizon is sending it out on Monday.

The phone I will be handing in would be a buyback where they'll credit me the amoubt for the phone. Not sure if a trade in is the same thing to be honest with you.

Probably best to call a store to be sure prior to heading out to one.

I got the S8+ on T-Mobile Jump On Demand. I got it by mail. I called T-Mobile and they told me to return the S7 Edge to the the store using the same box I received the S8+ in.

I'm trading in my iPhone 7 Plus to Verizon and they'll be sending me a shipping envelope to send it back to them. I paid off half the phone online yesterday before going to the Verizon Store to purchase the S8+.

Yes, Verizon sends a return label inside the box your new phone is shipped. Don't collapse or throw away the box as you will reuse it to ship your old phone.

This was my first time upgrading a phone this way. It was great because any place would have been insane and the wait time would have been a couple hours at least. I got to unbox mine in the comfort of my own home.

Yes, Verizon sends a return label inside the box your new phone is shipped.

Correct. Along with a padded bag and instructions to use the existing box to drop off to UPS. As the box says Fedex all around it, I'm sure that will be a hit with the brown truck guys. Instructions say no accessories and no SIM card, phone only is returned.
