For those with 2.2 and Flash 10.1...

Audio in super-slow-mo

Does anyone have issues with audio playing in flash videos like the sound possessed or.something not smooth?

Yes! The video is fine, but the audio is slowed way down, like a record player that has been set at too low of a speed. That's using the Adobe Flash Showcase to access CNN and Sony Pictures Previews & Clips.

How can you verify if you have the new Flash 10.1? I did the manual update using the .zip file.

Go to a site with flash. For example the mobile youtube site, I am now able to watch in portrait or landscape. And it plays in HQ/HD now.

Go to adobe.com/software/flash/about
that will show you it is installed, and what version you are running.

Does anyone know about the flash update that's showing up in appbrain but not in the market? Is that normal?

you can also see its on your phone by going to manage applications in the menu setting and touch the "all tab" at the top Adobe Flash Player 10.1 will be 3rd in the list showing, its right above the Amazon MP3 one

Whenever I go to page that has flash (including the Adobe showcase site), my browser crashes with no error message and returns me instantly to the home screen.

I've done a battery pull, and emptied the browser caches with no luck.

Anybody else having this problem?

I'm having the same annoying issue!!!!! the only thing i can think that might have caused that is i had installed a beta Flash 10.1 from a couple months back. maybe it messed with the update's official Flash 10.1

Uninstall flash and reinstall it. Then resync the market between installs. That will fix it.

can't uninstall flash, everything is greyed out. Won't uninstall from appbrain either.

Oh yeah woops that's a root thing. lol I uninstalled Flash that came with the phone and put on the newer one from the Nexus One and that fixed my issue.
