force close

can anyone tell me what does this mean and how can I correct it. HTC. Sense Processcom.htc. launcher is not responding. Please help

A force close is what you do to apps that aren't responding. There's no one-size-fits-all solution as any number of things can cause this for an app. If you can, try clearing cache for the app as a first step. If you don't care about the app's data then clear the data as well. Beyond that you need to troubleshoot the app.

Yea but that looks like it's his launcher, which could be a problem........
