Finally got my message today! Your device submitted for trade-in matches its value or is more than the estimate! Bring on the trade in! Good lord I love this Pixel 10 Pro! Love the magnets! Love the colors! It's just perfect!

Received the full trade-in of $350 for my Pixel 6 Pro. Putting that towards the Pixel Watch 4 to replace my PW 2.

13 days since 9 pro received and heard nothing.

Allegedly they have another 3 business days before they have to give the quoted amount regardless.

Have traded in against 6 or so pixels and never waited more than 3 days before.

Let's see if I hear from them before Monday......

Technically, it's the same ($600) as originally estimated. As your email indicates, the extra $39.75 is the sales tax difference refund

Mine delivered last Friday, and I'm still waiting for approval. Hopefully, I will receive it soon. It'll be $660 due to 10% sales tax in WA State.

Yeah last year they didn't, but glad they are doing it this year.

Along with the usual pin removed , all accounts logged out of and signed out of find hub etc.

Hopefully not too long until they send it back.

Alright, trade-in successful

Pixel 9 Pro XL trade-in, got $661.20 refund, $600 trade-in value plus $61.20 in sales tax refund.

How did you reset your phone? From settings - factory reset or from the recovery menu?

If it's from the recovery menu then the phone is not properly factory reset and it'll still ask for the phone pin.

Hopefully, you'll get your phone back soon.

Unfortunately zero recourse or any way to actually contact the 3rd party assessors. Decision is final with no explanation.

One of those things. As long as I get the 9pro back in it's original condition.
Be a couple hundred pound hit probably as they have dipped in value after the 10 release. C'est la vie .
