Force closes

Lately I've been getting a lot of force close. Google Play, chomp, Samsung UI plus others. Is this happening to anyone else?
Is there a fix?
Why is it happening?

Try clearing cache on Touch-Wiz, and a crashing apps

Tried that too and nothing. Even the Google play will Force Close when I try to update some apps. I read somewhere before Note 3 came out that this will be a problem because the processor is so fast that some apps won't be able to handle it unless they update. Don't know if that is true but for my phone sounds about right.
