Really, what happened with it?All is well with the world again. Looks like the issue was with the Messenger app, not Twitter.

Strange , resetting app preferences , or the factory reset should of put the apps back to factory , maybe its not on by defaultIt seems like this setting managed to get itself turned off, maybe? I didn't even know it was there, let alone that it might have been set incorrectly. I set it to open links in default browser and now when I click on links to Tweets in the Messenger app, they open up in Twitter again. I think they were actually opening in the Messenger browser, not the Twitter one.

Interesting I checked my messenger and its off , im thinking its off by default and somehow might of asked for permission to allow it when it worked for you , but nice find glad its workingWhen I bought the phone back in April, it worked normally so I don't know what's happened in the meantime. I'm still not convinced that it's quite back to how it was though, I don't remember Tweets appearing from the right hand side. I could just be misremembering though. But at least it is now automatically opening the links in Twitter, which is the main thing.
Yeah definitely, maybe next update fixes it the way you had it .Yeah I think it's more of a workaround than an actual fix, but it is doing what I want it to do, so I'll take it.
