Forced closing?

My Note 8 keeps closing me out of my apps.Anybody else experiencing this?

So it just suddenly exits to the homescreen? Is it possible you're accidentally tapping the Home button? Does this happen in Safe Mode as well? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-36242. You'll only be able to test preinstalled apps in Safe Mode, but it can help determine if the problem is due to some app you installed vs some problem with the system.

No,I'm not accidently doing it n it's been doing it from begining.

Ok, how about in Safe Mode, which was my 2nd question?

It loop still does it.tried clearing cache.reset phone,safe mode,whatever YouTube said to do.

Since it happens in Safe Mode, it's either a hardware or firmware issue. Since it still happens after a factory reset, your only other option I can think of is to reinstall a fresh copy of the firmware, using either Smart Switch (http://www.sammobile.com/forum/showthread.php?t=29914) or Odin (http://forums.androidcentral.com/am...w-flash-stock-rom-via-odin-new-interface.html).
