Forgetting WiFi - Phone Issue? Or Network?

We have a guest WiFi network here at work. The phone finds it, and I can join it. But it forgets it within a couple minutes. So if I want to do anything, I have to rejoin. I do not have unlimited data, so I like to make sure I'm not using 4G any more than I have to. Is it because I have to "Accept" my companies policy before joining? Or is this not an issue with my phone?

Ask your Sytem Admin if there's a time-out setting on your WiFi Network. I suspect that is the case.

I think that is the case as well. I guess I was just hopeful it was a phone issue I could fix.

Not to my knowledge, but maybe someone else have experianced this with their phone. Mine always kept it's WiFi connected to our Network. Even when I wanted it to drop the Network. However, I did not update to Lollipop and I've heard there are some issues with Lollipop and WiFi, so fear not! It might be your phone after all!

Yeah, I'm assuming it's the network here, because I don't have any issues at home with it. My thought was because I had to physically accept the policy at work, maybe it was throwing it off.
