I forgot my phone pin. I know my gmail account and pass, but the "forgot password" failsafe button wont come up. What do I do?

That is the only way if you forgot your PW. Sorry you will loose everything

If you got your PUK code, you can type the pin code wrong 3 (or more) times and you should be able to enter a PUK code and then change the PIN.
